To celebrate Italian Fashion Day in the World, the Italian Embassy in Vilnius organized, in partnership with "Elle Lithuania" magazine, a series of events dedicated to Italy within the Vilnius Fashion Week program. Participants included, among others, entrepreneur and fashion industry expert Alessandro Maria Ferreri and the Cordella Institute, which showcased its own collection on the runway.

Commenting on the event, the Italian Ambassador to Vilnius, Emanuele de Maigret, highlighted that "this action is part of the 'Growth Diplomacy' promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and by Italian embassies worldwide in support of Italian companies and, in this case, of a key sector like fashion."
On the occasion of the day, a presentation was also held on the numerous connections between many of the works in the contemporary art collection of the Italian Embassy in Vilnius and the world of fashion.
